2. For the purposes of Division II, in the case where the public highway described is, in whole or in part, a divided public highway:(1) the location of the beginning and the end of the highway may be different depending on the direction of traffic;
(2) the highway described is the portion where the direction of traffic goes on the map toward the east or the south;
(3) it is necessary to reverse the description in order to delimit the other portion of the highway where the direction of traffic goes towards the west or the north;
(4) where the described portion of the highway begins at a U-turn, the other portion ends at the U-turn and, inversely, where the described portion of the highway ends at a U-turn, the other portion begins at the U-turn;
(5) where a portion of the highway begins or ends at a U-turn, the portion begins where the pavement of the highway touches the pavement of the U-turn or ends where the pavement of the highway no longer touches the pavement of the U-turn;

(8) where a portion of the highway begins or ends at a ramp, the portion begins where the pavement of the highway touches the pavement of the ramp or ends where the pavement of the highway no longer touches the pavement of the ramp.
